Lihaskunto

Lihaskunto

A class to improve muscle strength of the whole body with body weight, weight plates and stepping board. The program changes every four weeks. This class is suitable for everyone and it does not include rhythmical movements.

RPV30/45

RPV30/45

Efficient class for thighs, glutes and abs. The class includes a warm-up on the floor or on a step, followed by exercises to improve muscle strength. Weight plates and a step are used to provide additional challenge. This class does not include stretching. The program changes every four weeks and it suits people of all fitness levels.

TOIMINNALLINEN CIRKUIT

TOIMINNALLINEN CIRKUIT

The CIRKUIT class consists of versatile strength and cardiovascular training. The lesson includes a warm-up and a cooldown. In this class, you will exercise at your own pace according to your fitness level.
