Challenging indoor cycling class. 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training with varying periods of intensive effort and short breaks. The class develops speed, strength and endurance. The class is suitable for everyone as you can adjust the resistance levels to suit yourself although pre-determined resistance levels are given as well for reference. The class changes after every 5 times.
ZUMBA is a fun dance class where you get into the feeling of latin music and the hottest dance hits. The most important thing in this sweaty class is to have fun!
