An aerobic treadmill that develops strength and endurance. Energetic intervals combine sporty aerobic movements with strength and bodybuilding movements.

A class that gives you tremendous strength and energy and where you find your own inner fighter. You will challenge your imagined opponent to rhythmical music using techniques from different martial arts such as karate, taekwondo, kung fun, kickboxing and muay thai.

Efficient muscle training with music. The hour is ideal for anyone who wants to quickly complete the whole body muscle trauma. Bodypump allows you to easily get started with exercise and you will find results quickly.

RPV30/45

RPV30/45

Efficient class for thighs, glutes and abs. The class includes a warm-up on the floor or on a step, followed by exercises to improve muscle strength. Weight plates and a step are used to provide additional challenge. This class does not include stretching. The program changes every four weeks and it suits people of all fitness levels.

Spinning blue

Spinning blue

Light to medium challenge level cycling class. There are flat ground and uphill segments that are alternated by adjusting the resistance of the cycle. This class is perfect for your first indoor cycling class.

Spinning red

Spinning red

Medium to heavy cycling class that consists of sprints and hill climbs of varying lengths. You can adjust the challenge level of the class by selecting the appropriate resistance. No previous cycling class experience required.

TEHO45/30

TEHO45/30

Full body workout combining strength and cardiovascular training. The movements are clear and suitable for everyone. A step board, an elastic band, different sizes of ball balls and plate weights are used for extra challenge.

The CIRKUIT class consists of versatile strength and cardiovascular training. The lesson includes a warm-up and a cooldown. In this class, you will exercise at your own pace according to your fitness level.
