Weight plates and a step are used to provide additional challenge. This class does not include stretching. The program changes every four weeks and it suits people of all fitness levels.
Light to medium challenge level cycling class. There are flat ground and uphill segments that are alternated by adjusting the resistance of the cycle. This class is perfect for your first indoor cycling class.
Medium to heavy cycling class that consists of sprints and hill climbs of varying lengths. You can adjust the challenge level of the class by selecting the appropriate resistance. No previous cycling class experience required.

The CIRKUIT class consists of versatile strength and cardiovascular training. The lesson includes a warm-up and a cooldown. In this class, you will exercise at your own pace according to your fitness level.
